Yuanchi Plastic was founded in 1952 and engaged in plastic auto parts field in 1984. It is one of the earliest enterprises in mainland auto area specialized in hard plastic and soft plastic dashboard, bumper, steering wheel, seat for bus and inner doorboard, etc. Until 2006,there is a total area of 203,000 square meters among which building area is 93,000 square meters with total assets of RMB 360 million yuan. There are four subsidiary companies, Jiangxi Changhe Yuanchi , Chongqing Yuanchi, Liuzhou Yuanchi and Nanjing Wanchun. It has 10 sets of 1000T-2800T super- injection machines , 39 sets of medium and minitype injection machines, 4 sets of PU high-pressure foaming machines, a set of 86/180 hot former and several sets of other injection machines, a set of hollow blowing former. One coating line for bumper of sedan and mini respectively in Liuzhou Yuanchi ,Chongqing Yuanchi and Changhe Yuanchi. It also has more than 30 sets of pressing meatal welding including 630T oil-pressure machine. Equipped with CAD/CAM producing center and 2000 x 3000 volumetric computer measuring instruments. We can provide vast customers with complete set of technical sevice from new product development to mold design. The main production techniques include: injection plastic, blowing plastic, sucking plastic , PU foaming, plastic coating, metal pressure welding and computer embroidering. The annul production capacity: IP 800 thousand pieces, steering wheel 200 thousand pieces, bumper 100 thousand pieces , door trim500 thousand pieces, others 5 million pieces.
